Return & Exchange Policy:

Customers are allowed to open and inspect the order while the courier is present for up to 5 minutes.

If the customer refuses to receive the order before or after inspection, shipping fees must be paid.

Exchange requests must be made on the same day the order is delivered. Requests made after that will not be accepted.
